GENERAL POLICY
Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in design, color, or texture shall not be considered defects.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Returns shall be accepted only under the following circumstances:
Product received is damaged during transit
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or unboxing video evidence.
Failure to notify within the stipulated timeframe shall result in rejection of the claim.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Custom or personalized products
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Bharat Benison.
We reserve the sole and absolute right to approve or reject return claims.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
REFUND TERMS
Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
Refunds shall be issued to the original payment method only.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our confirmed error.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bharat Benison shall not be liable for:
Delay caused by courier partners
Minor variations inherent in handmade products
Indirect or consequential losses
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of courts in [City Name –Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh].
